Mask Of Zorro
Capt. Love's Spare Swordbelt Plate

This is a spare sword belt plate used as a backup for Capt. Love (Matt Letscher) in the 1998 film The Mask of Zorro. A plate of this style can be seen worn by Love throughout the film as the new Zorro (Antonio Banderas) seeks revenge against Capt. Love, the man who murdered his brother. This metal sword belt plate is in two pieces which interlock; each piece is painted gold and features a small bracket on the outside for the sword belt to be attached. The right piece has a small circular star design, while the left features a larger wreath with an opening in the center for the other piece to fit through. The left pieces’ bracket is slightly bent, but remains in overall fair condition. Together, the pieces measure approximately 2” x 3” (5cm x 8cm).
This item comes with a Prop Store Certificate of Authenticity.
