A clapperboard for the UK children’s TV series Star Street. The series centred on the singers in the early 2000's pop group allSTARS, who are responsible for the “Things Go Bump In The Night” tune on the Scoobydoo soundtrack. The monochromatic piece of equipment is one of the most well known and recognised elements of the film industry, and is used at the start of every single take to ensure sound and video can be synchronised whilst noting the scene, slate and other vital details. This particular board details the series title, Director (Willy Smax) and Cinematographer (Sam McCurdy) leaving space to write the camera roll, scene, slate, take and date in manually. It is in excellent condition and measures 28cm x 24cm (11” x 9.5”).
