Alien vs. Predator
Facehugger Shed Skin

This is a shed Facehugger skin created for the production of the science fiction mashup Alien vs. Predator. Though not seen clearly on screen, the skin was created for shots when a body, that was a sacrifice to the Aliens, is found with a dead facehugger still attached. The skin is made of thin latex colored brown, complete with long ribbed tail and spine-like shape running down the center of the body.
This shed skin consists of three separate pieces, top and bottom of the body as well as the tail. The piece is very fragile and has some wear due to production use and storage, and is in overall fair condition. The two body pieces measure approximately 10” x 7” (25cm x 18cm) and 7” x 7” (18cm x 18cm); the tail measures approximately 44” x 2” (112cm x 5cm).
This piece will come with a signed letter of authenticity from Amalgamated Dynamics, Inc. co-founders Alec Gillis and Tom Woodruff, Jr.
This item comes with a Prop Store Certificate of Authenticity.
