Re-Animator (1985)
Framed Original Stuart Gordon Storyboard Artwork "Rufus Jumps Out Of Shadows"

This item is a framed display of an original hand-drawn Re-Animator storyboard, done by director Stuart Gordon, who did his own storyboards for the film. This storyboard, which features the scene where Rufus the Cat comes back to life and attacks Dan Cain (Bruce Abbott)out of the shadows, represents the first conception of the shots found in the final film. Gordon worked directly from this exact page on set, and the final shots in the film match the boards very closely. Additionally, the storyboard features several small drops of original cinema blood from shooting on set, as well as Stuart Gorden's signature (added recently.) The storyboard artwork is framed and glazed in a laser cut mount board with the movie logo. The display measures approximately 15" x 15" (38cm x 38cm) and is in excellent condition.
