George the Bear's Santa Costume

A George the Hofmeister Bear Santa costume. This custom made bear costume was used for a special festive edition of the British television adverts seen in the 80’s for Hofmeister Beer “Follow the Bear” campaign. The impressive costume consists of a foam and faux fur head with holes cut in the eyes for the wearer to see, furry hands, and of course the famous red white 'fur' trimmed Santa costume, wide black belt, black wellie boots and a couple of big brown sacks. Some of the buttons on the jacket have popped off but is otherwise in quite good condition with no sizes marked on the baggy costume. An alternative Christmas costume to wear this holiday!
