Sleepy Hollow

Headless Horseman (Ray Park) Sleeveless Tunic Display

Stock # 18055

A sleeveless tunic worn by Christopher Walken’s character ‘The Headless Horseman’ in the Tim Burton classic Sleepy Hollow. This memorable top is seen worn by the Hessian throughout the film, and as an aid to the artistic decision to make everything about the Horseman begin to 'rot' after the decapitation and get worse as the movie progressed, the sleeves of the tunic were detachable and interchangable, which is why this particular tunic is presented without sleeves. The leather outfit has an ornate silver dragon pattern on it with a red silk like lining, and is marked inside "PAR" for Ray Park and labelled "Ray Park, Headless horseman Fight Double, Sleepy Hollow", who played the headless horseman during the scenes that see him weilding axes in a martial arts fashion.

This signature piece of wardrobe comes displayed in a stunning custom built frame, with a laser cut mount board featuring the movie title and stills, and to give it an extra-eerie effect is illuminated inside with red LEDs. The display measures 93cm x 128cm (36.5" x 50.5").
