Tales Of The Riverbank

An oversized Pike back and fin from the 2008 British family adventure Tales of the Riverbank. The heart warming live action movie is populated entirely by puppets and follows the tale of Hammy the Hamster, Roderick the Rat and GP the Guinea Pig in their quest to stop the Fat Cats destroying their beloved Riverbank with the Big Dirt. Just when the trio think they have no chance of passing the dam, a friendly Pike surfaces and offers them some very useful information to help them on their way.
Crafted from fibreglass the sizeable piece is decorated with textured scales painted with metallic dark and green vertical stripes along his long body with a brown narrow fin, and to ensure it could be manipulate accurately in the water has a strong metal hoop inside which would have been fixed to a rod and puppeteered. It measures approximately 57cm x 13cm x 24cm (22.5” x 5” x 9.5”) and is in excellent condition.
