Pinhead Costume With Head Appliance

This is a Pinhead (Stephan Smith Collins) costume with head appliance from the 2011 horror film Hellraiser Revelations. The costume, worn by Pinhead throughout the film, features a black leather jacket, skirt, and facial appliance. The jacket features snap closures at the back, a ribbed design in front as well as small strip sections cut out at the chest and stomach with rubber wounded “flesh” pieces attached underneath. Additionally there are small metal hooks attached to the jacket and hooked into the flesh pieces as well as a black rope attached to the exposed stomach flesh featuring four small curved serrated blades with wooden handles hanging down. The black fabric skirt extends all the way to the feet and has an elastic waist. Also included are half-gloves (labeled “Left” and “Right”). The head appliance, painted white, features the instantly recognizable grid pattern as well as cutouts for ears, eyes, nostrils, and mouth. The jacket is approximately size Medium, the appliance rests on a foam bust measuring 15” x 15” x 10” (38cm x 38cm x 25cm). This costume and appliance is in good condition.
