This is a control room operator’s uniform, worn in the Mega City One Halls of Justice by the men and women responsible for despatching and liaising with all the Judges in the city. These characters are seen frequently in front of masses of screens identifying crimes and their uniform consists of a navy cotton jacket with zipper and matching trousers. On the shoulder is a solid cast epaulette decorated gold and secured with Velcro.
