Pseudo Pinhead Costume With Head Appliance

This is Pseudo Pinhead's (Jay Gillespie) costume with head appliance from the 2011 horror film Hellraiser: Revelations. The costume, worn by Pseudo Pinhead throughout the film, features a black leather dress, sequin waist wrap with two separate drawstrings filled with bloody prop knifes and facial appliance. The dress features a zip closure on the left side that runs down to the waist, as well as a bloody rubber wound “flesh” piece attached underneath the right breast, which was made to look like the costume was woven through the character's skin.
Additionally, this costume comes with a used head appliance, painted and detailed to appear like Pinhead's grid pattern but is freshly stretched with exposed muscle. The appliance also features cutouts for ears, eyes, nostrils, and mouth. The jacket is approximately size Medium, the appliance rests on a foam bust measuring 15” x 15” x 10” (38cm x 38cm x 25cm). This costume and appliance is in good condition.
