Silver Saladin Army Shield

A shield used by a member of Saladin’s army in the Crusade’s action film Kingdom of Heaven. This silver coloured shield has an ornate decoration on the front, made out of rubber and painted to give the effect of engraved metal, there is a leather strap at the back. Similar styles of shields can be seen in the final battle sequence before Balian relinquishes Jerusalem to Saladin. Measures approximately 62cm (24.5”) across.
This item comes with a Prop Store Certificate of Authenticity.
