Prometheus
Spacesuit Helmet Stand

Spacesuit helmet stand from Ridley Scott’s 2012 mystery sci-fi Prometheus. These types of stands can be seen in the corridor leading to the suit deck. There is a sequence where Fifield (Sean Harris) collects his helmet from one of the stands which were attached to the side wall.
The hefty silver stand is on a hydraulic lever which allows it to be moved to different heights, with several metal components connected together allowing for movement. There are some black plastic details covering joints with the top of the stand being designed to hold the helmets in place.
This large and impressive set piece measures approximately 120cm (47.25”) and has some slight abrasions due to use and movement on set however remains in a very good condition.
This item comes with a Prop Store Certificate of Authenticity.
