Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy, The (2005)
Vogon Boots

This is a pair of Vogon costume boots from the 2005 sci-fi film The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. These boots can be seen throughout the film worn by the Vogon race. The boots are molded out of large rubber covers and feature a Nike brand tennis shoe insert, making it much easier for the average foot actor to walk around in. There are varies Velcro straps located inside the boots, which would have been used during filming to attach them to costume pants. Due to production use both oversized shoes feature wear and distressing but remain in fair condition. This set has no marked size, but measures approximately 15" x 6.5" x 13" (38cm x 17cm x 33cm.)
