An audio reel twelve x-copy from Jerry Zucker’s 1990 romantic drama, Ghost. When Sam (Patrick Swayze) is murdered during a botched mugging, his ghost remains behind to solve his own murder and watch over his love, Molly (Demi Moore).

This audio reel is a 3 track, mono recording from the film, and is noted as containing the dialogue, music, and effects. The reel is also recorded in Mono, and contains “pink noise” at 1,000 Hz. The reel is recorded for “Dolby A NR,” and must be played back on a Dolby NR unit. The ‘NR’ stands for Noise Reduction, which was first introduced in 1965, and was a pioneer in audio recording for film. The wound reel is noted at 820’ and has a listed date of 9/10/1990. This piece comes in its original FPC (A Kodak Company) manufacturer’s box, and has a sticker from Paramount Pictures listing the data about the film.

This item has some wear from production use and age, including some creases in the box, but remains in overall excellent condition.
