A bisected Orky test paint model used for Rick Stevenson’s 1995 family movie Magic in the Water. In the film two siblings, Joshua (Joshua Jackson) and Ashley (Sarah Wayne), find that the key to connecting with their father is through a famous lake monster named Orky.

A computer generated version of Orky can be seen in the scene in which Joshua and Ashley find themselves stranded in a submarine at the bottom of the lake. This piece consists of two halves of a bisected scan model likely used to create a computer generated version of the lake monster, Orky.

The model is constructed of a faded yellow-orange foam rubber core with a foam latex skin detailed to appear life-like with a seam running from face to tail. The skin is painted a dull grey with blue eye eyes.

The piece features some production wear including faded, chipped paint, tears in the skin, and is missing it's back right fin. This item remains in otherwise fair production made condition.
