Star Trek III: The Search For Spock

Matte Concept Painting - Genesis Planet Panorama

Stock #49462

A painting made for the production of Leonard Nimoy’s science fiction film Star Trek III: The Search for Spock. In this sequel, Kirk and his crew steal the Enterprise in order to recover Spock’s body from the planet Genesis. This piece is painted on a canvas board and served as a study by artist Chris Evans for the planet Genesis. This panorama shows a paradise-like landscape complete with rolling hills, bodies of water, and foliage - a depiction that closely resembles the final design seen in the film. This painting shows some signs of wear from use and age but remains in overall good condition.
