This is a wig and neck appliance bust from the 2009 Bruce Willis action film Surrogates. This style wig can be seen in a deleted scene of the film when a Surrogate Police Officer is shown placing a ticket on a car.
The brown foam latex wig has been crafted to resemble a male's hair; this piece also includes a flesh colored foam latex neck appliance, and both pieces sit on top of a hard foam head and shoulder bust. The pieces have some minor wear due to production use and storage (see photos), measure 16" x 16" x 9" (40cm x 40cm x 23cm), and remain in overall good condition.
