A full size George the Hofmeister Bear costume. This custom made and totally complete bear costume was used for the British television adverts seen in the 80’s and early 90’s for Hofmeister Beer. This fantastic costume consists of a mechanical head which would have controlled the eye movements and the mouth moving up and down. The costume consists of furry hands and feet, a white t-shirt with ‘George’ printed across the front, a pair of wide waisted trousers, a pair of slip on shoes and a shiny yellow bomber style jacket with ‘Follow the Bear” in red on the back. This would make a great fancy dress costume! Get ready for people to “Follow the Bear!”
