Gladiator

Skeletorious' Gladiator Helmet

Stock # 18389

A helmet worn by the gladiator Skeletorious, used in Ridley Scott’s Oscar winning blockbuster movie Gladiator, starring Russell Crowe. This is one of the helmets worn by one of the gladiators to fight against Maximus in his first performance in the Moroccan arena. Made from fibreglass that has been decorated to look like forged metal, the helmet is in two parts that overlap and are joined either side with brown leather thong. The face plate has only two holes, which the gladiator would have seen out of, and both sections have been made to look distressed and battle worn from many years of use in the arena.

This intimidating helmet comes presented on a great custom build stand that incorporates the Gladiator title and item description, both of which are illuminated using ultra bright LEDs, and is impressively decorated to look and feel like it has a sand covered top, complete with realistic deep red blood drops. The display measures 42cm (16.5”) tall 21cm (8.5”) wide.

James Bond - The Spy Who Loved Me

Roger Moore's 007 Costume

A uniform worn by Roger Moore as 007 in the 1977 Bond movie The Spy Who Loved Me. The legendary agent can be seen wearing this style of uniform in various scenes throughout the movie whilst investigating the hijacking of several submarines carrying deadly nuclear warheads.

The black woollen uniform featured black and gold epaulettes which were unfortunately missing, but a matching replacement pair have been fitted in their place. Also featured are several bright brass buttons on the pockets and chest, of which a number of these were missing and as a result had replacement buttons fitted. The few remaining originals have been kept, but are tarnished due to age, and it was ultimately decided that to improve the overall aesthetic of the piece they would be replaced, however the originals are included in the listing should if the owner wish to restore them. As an added bonus, both the jacket and trousers have a ‘Bermans & Nathans’ label inside (now a part of the world famous ‘Angels’ costumers) which denote them as being used by Roger Moore in 'The Spy Who Loved Me'.

This impressive costume worn by the legendary actor comes presented on a custom built stand that features the iconic 007 logo, as well as the movie title and item description, which are illuminated with ultra bright LEDs hidden inside the base.

Centurion

Roman Soldier with Flame Effects Gel Armour

A Roman Soldier costume with flame effect armour used in the Neil Marshall action film Centurion, staring Michael Fassbender and Olga Kurylenko. This style of costume is seen during the early scenes of the film before the legendary Ninth Legion is brutally slaughtered by the Pictish Warriors. The costume includes of a set of armour (known as ‘lorica segmentata’) that is made from segments of moulded resin that has been expertly painted to look like metal, on the breast plate there is a round emblem typical of the style and the entire ensemble is joined together using leather straps and thong. This particular soldier was very unfortunate, because covering his armour is some dried 'goo', which is a special effects gel that can be set alight to make the stuntperson wearing it look as though they are being engulfed in flames. Also included in this costume is a tan tunic, neck scarf, trousers, boots and long brown woollen cloak with straps.

Drusilla (Rachel Stirling) Dress 001

A dress worn by Drusilla (Rachel Stirling) in the Neil Marshall action film Centurion starring Michael Fassbender and Olga Kurylenko. The dress was used in a deleted scene of the movie which saw Agricola, the Generals and Drusilla argue and debate the mission to the North. The dress consists of various layers, with an elaborately embroidered outer layer with gold, pale blue, grey and brown stitching in a swirling effect. Underneath is a beautiful crimpled effect under layer with gold lace edging. The outer layer is held together with two large round broaches on either shoulder. Marked by the production as “Day 2 Sc. 5 Costume 1 of 2”. The dress was custom made for the actress and therefore has no sizes marked.

Tarak's (Riz Ahmed) Rubber Weapon

Tarak’s (Riz Ahmed) rubber axe used in the Neil Marshall action film Centurion starring Michael Fassbender and Olga Kurylenko. The Ninth Legion cook can be seen wielding this weapon throughout the movie, saving the handful of survivors from a rogue Pict after the savage ambush on the legendary Ninth Legion, and in the scenes following the suvivors behind enemy lines. Made from hard rubber with an internal support, the axe features a dark blade decorated to look like metal which extends down to a short handle that looks like wood wrapped with thong. Measures 63cm (25”) long.

Agricola's Slave's Costume

Govenor Agricola’s Slave’s costume from the Neil Marshall action film Centurion starring Michael Fassbender and Olga Kurylenko. Agricola’s slave can be seen in the early scenes of the movie when General Virilus (Dominic West) is being apprised of the situation with the Pict warriors of the North, and promptly has his throat slit by the mute Pict turncoat Etain for attacking her. The costume consists of a thick cream cotton tunic with two purple stripes that denote him as Aricola’s, a resin dog collar made to look like leather, a plated leather and rope belt, and leather boots (size 8), the costume is marked “Aricola Slave”.

Arianne's (Imogen Poots) Bloody Bandage

A bandage used by Arianne (Imogen Poots) in the Neil Marshall action film Centurion starring Michael Fassbender and Olga Kurylenko. Arian can be seen bandaging Bothos' (David Morrissey) wounds after the savage Pict attack on the Ninth Legion, and this bloody version would have been used in the scenes where Arianne has to hastily hide the bandage when Etain and the Pict riders come to her house searching for the survivors. The white bandage features some prop blood in the centre and measures 10cm x 10cm (4” x 4”).

Gremlins 2: The New Batch

Hero Lenny Puppet

This is a hero Lenny Gremlin puppet from the 1990 miniature creature feature Gremlins 2: The New Batch. Created by Rick Baker and his team, this puppet was used in scenes in which the upper body of the Gremlin was prominently featured and needed to include head and facial movement. Made of foam latex, this puppet features Lenny’s signature bucked teeth and dopey eyes. The piece features animatronic mechanisms (now disabled to prevent any damage to the fragile latex skin) which were used by puppeteers on set: There is a wire and toggle stick which once controlled the eyes and eyelids, and another to move the ears; they have been disabled to protect the fragile puppet.

The puppet has been brilliantly restored by Brian Penikas, a painter for the film originally, and his team at Make-Up and Monsters Studios. The restoration process is documented in the second wave of photos in this product listing.

It is presented on its original stand that has been painted to improve it's appearance, and is now attached to a large sheet of wood that protect the puppets arms from being damaged. The puppet stands 32” (81cm) and the display stand is 29.5” x 23” (75cm x 58.5cm). This piece is in great condition.

Splice

Fred/Ginger Cable Operated Large Creature Puppet

Stock # 18355

This is a cable operated creature from the 2010 Adrien Brody sci-fi film Splice. This puppet can be seen in the film as genetic engineers Clive Nicoli (Brody) and Elsa Kast (Sarah Polley) splice together DNA from different animals, making hybrids. Results of such experiments are “Fred” and “Ginger;” two small blob creatures, one of which is this item, that gain the scientists notoriety. The impressive piece is made of silicone, and has features such as a small spine and has a texture and composition reminiscent of a human brain. Additionally, there are numerous cable controls which allowed for the piece to move about, giving an eerie sense of life within. This item, which is pink in color, measures 13” x 7” (33cm x 18cm,) and has long cable controls still attached and exiting the bottom of the piece. This piece is in very good condition.

A Man Apart

Sean Vetter's (Vin Diesel) DEA Uniform Costume

This item is the DEA uniform worn by Sean Vetter (Vin Diesel) in the 2003 action drama A Man Apart. The costume can be seen in the beginning of the film as Sean plays a pivotal role in the arrest of Memo Lucero (Geno Silva,) a Mexican drug lord. The costume consists of: a gray v-neck shirt, labeled "Sean" in the interior with no tag, a black protective vest with velcro closure labeled "Sean, X-Large, CRC P," a pair of army green pants, size Large, as well as a face mask, size Medium. This costume is in very good condition and comes with a Certificate Of Authenticity from New Line Cinema.

My Favorite Martian

Uncle Martin's (Christopher Lloyd) Nerplex Set

This is a set of Nerplexes used by Uncle Martin (Christopher Lloyd) in the 1999 Disney film My Favorite Martian. Items such as these can be seen numerous times throughout the film causing monstrous results as they resemble tiny planets, but actually are alien chewing gum pieces, when chewed, a being is transformed into the likeness of a native of the planet. The marble-like pieces, which are each a different color, are shades of red and white, dark blue, green, and blue green. Each piece measures approximately 1” (3cm) in diameter and are all in good condition.

The Number 23

Walter Sparrow's (Jim Carrey) Room 23 Hotel Key

This item is a hotel room key for the ominous room 23 in the 2007 Jim Carrey thriller The Number 23. Items such as this can be seen toward the film’s end when Walter Sparrow (Carrey,) fearing for his family’s safety as well as his own sanity, checks into the King Edward Hotel, and into room 23. The gold key is attached to a red plastic keychain with the hotel’s name, telephone number, and the room number etched into the piece in white lettering. The piece measures approximately 4” x 2” (10cm x 5cm,) has been “dirtied” a bit for production use in keeping with the look of the seedy motel, and is in good condition.

Grindhouse: Planet Terror

Infected Human Pull Over Mask

Join the ranks of the infected with this item: a pullover mask used in Robert Rodriguez’s installment Planet Terror of the 2007 double feature Grindhouse. Masks such as this can be seen throughout the film as a small Texas town is overrun with horrifically deformed zombie-like creatures. Made of silicone, the mask has a stunning effect of resembling the skin dripping down as if severely melting. The pullover mask has two eyeholes as well as a very large deformed open mouth hole. This item measures 14” x 7” (36cm x 18cm) and is in good condition.

Rocketeer, The

Bigelow's Air Circus Patch

This item is a patch worn by employees of Bigelow's Air Circus in the 1991 film The Rocketeer. Patches such as this one can be seen in the beginning of the film as Cliff (Bill Campbell) works for Bigelow (Jon Polito) before discovering the rocket. The circular patch is white with green trim around the perimeter and reads "Bigelow's Air Circus" in green and red lettering. The patch measures 3" x 3" (8cm x 8cm) and is in very good condition.

Austin Powers - Goldmember

'Austin Powers' Harness Rig Costume

An ‘Austin Powers’ costume used in the third instalment, Goldmember. This iconic costume was used in the spectacular opening stunt scenes that see a movie within a movie being made, starring Tom Cruise as the International Man of Mystery. The blue velvet suit has large slits cut into the sides so the harness could be hidden beneath, and the matching trousers are marked 'Robert Pellerin', who was credited as a stand in. It also includes a frilly white shirt with sections of the blue velvet sewn around the harness gaps to help further disguise the wires. Interestingly the rear panel of the suit jacket has been attached to the adjacent ones to stop it flapping, a trick that can be seen in use in the shot that sees ‘Austin’ fly above the helicopter whilst shooting it down. No sizes marked.

Cruella De Vil's (Glenn Close) 'DE VIL' Number Plate Display

Cruella De Vil’s (Glenn Close) car number plate used in the Disney's puppy filled live version of 101 Dalmatians. The fur-obsessed fashion designer’s car can be seen sporting this satanic number plate in various scenes throughout the movie, determined to have the first spotted fur clothing, even though it means killing one hundred and one Dalmatian puppies! Made from metal, the plate has a painted black blackground with silver lettering embossed into it and a silver border, it simply reads “DE VIL”. The piece comes custom framed with a laser cut mount board featuring an impressive spotty movie title and stills from the film. Display measures 73cm x 43cm (29“ x 17“).

Pict Rider "Pete" Complete Costume

A costume worn by a Pict rider in the Neil Marshall action film Centurion. The Pict riders can be seen during the brutal attack on the legendary ninth legion, and after when tracking down the handful of survivors. This particular Pict was dubbed “Pete” after the actor/rider who wore this costume, Pete Olivant. The costume consists of a set of brown shoulder furs with blood inside, brown trousers, a long sleeved brown top with hessian edging, leather greaves with fur at the bottom and gauntlets, and a leather belt with metal animal shapes embedded into it, all of which are marked “Pete”.

Leo's (Dimitri Leonardis) Slingshot and Rubber Pebbles

A slingshot used by Leonardis (Dimitri Leonardis) in the new Neil Marshall action film Centurion, starring Michael Fassbender and Olga Kurlenko. The slingshot is made from leather woven together to create the ‘sling’ section with two woven lengths of leather rope to swing it with. In addition there are seven other pebbles which have been moulded from rubber and painted to look muddy. Leo uses his slingshot to kill a rogue Pict during the rescue attempt for General Virilus, and later a deer to provide sustenance to him and the other survivors.

Abandoned Fort Sign

A sign used in the Neil Marshall action film Centurion starring Michael Fassbender and Olga Kurylenko. This notice can be seen near the very end of the movie, when Quintus, Bothos and Brick set up refuge in the abandoned fort from the band of Pict trackers, declaring Govenor Agricola has moved the Roman frontier back by hundreds of miles. Made from a thin plane of wood with Latin style script, it is accompanied by the nail used to attach it to the post. Marked by the production as “Fort Sign Sc128 RHS of Door” and measures 14cm x 21cm.

Roman Tan Tunic, Trousers & Boots

A set of tunic, trousers and boots used by the Roman Infantry in the new Neil Marshall action film Centurion, starring Michael Fassbender and Olga Kurlenko. The set features a brown bloody tunic, trousers and a pair of leather boots (approx size 10), and the blue neck scarf seen on all soldiers in the movie. Soldiers from the Legendary Ninth Legion can be seen wearing these costumes with their armour in the early scenes of the film before being ambushed and slaughtered by the brutal guerrilla Pict warriors.

Roman Fire Starting Kit

A roman fire starting kit used in the Neil Marshall action film Centurion starring Michael Fassbender and Olga Kurylenko. This set would have been used towards the very end of the movie, when Quintus, Bothos and Brick set up refuge in the abandoned fort from the band of Pict trackers, to set alight the cart as one of the defences, but sadly never made it to the final cut. The historically accurate kit consists of flamable material known as 'flax', a metal striker and is stored in the bag used on set labelled “Roman Fire Starting Flax”.

Tony Stark's (Robert Downey, Jr.) Illuminating Test RT Unit Display

Every comic lover’s fantasy, this item is a light-up chest piece worn by Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.) in the 2008 blockbuster hit Iron Man. The chest device, a test RT Unit, can be seen in the film as Stark is modifying and tweaking the new suit of armor in his high-tech lab located inside his mansion. The round chest piece has silver metal around the edge of the light, which illuminates via a hidden switch in the bottom of the display! The light is connected by four small wires to a custom battery pack mounted on the back of the frame which requires 16AA batteries. This amazing display measures approximately 19” x 18” x 7” (48cm x 46cm x 18cm) and is in excellent condition.

The bottle is actually a clear plastic jar with a white lid containing a giant pink rubber nipple. The side of the jar has a light purple label that reads: “Grape.” This item measures 10” x 4” (25cm x 10cm) and is in good condition.

Gotham City Fifty Dollar Bill

This item is a fifty dollar bill created for the 1995 Caped Crusader film Batman Forever. Bills such as this can be seen in the film as The Riddler (Jim Carrey) and Two-Face (Tommy Lee Jones) embark on a crime wave around Gotham. The bill is from the National Bank Of Gotham and features a profile view of the statue of liberty. The bill measures approximately 3” x 6” (8cm x 15cm) and is in very good condition.

Christine Sullivan (Markie Post) For Congress Campaign Button

Show your support for Christine Sullivan (Markie Post) in her bid for Congress with this item: a campaign button made for the popular TV comedy series Night Court. Buttons such as this can be seen toward the end of season nine when Christine is persuaded to run for Congress beginning in episode 16 of the season. The button has a black and white picture of Sullivan in the center, and reads “Sullivan” on top in blue and white, as well as “Congress” on bottom in red and white. The circular button measures 3” x 3” (8cm x 8cm) and is in excellent condition.

Star Wars - Ep IV - A New Hope

Miniature Death Star Filming Model Piece

A piece of the Deathstar model used in the 1977 sci-fi Star Wars film A New Hope. This is one of the smaller pieces created by ILM modelmakers for use in creating the large filming miniature of the Deathstar surface. This particular style can be seen on the original Deathstar in Star Wars: A New Hope. Many interlocking abstract pieces were made, this particular piece being formed using biscuit foam construction and painted and detailed to the high ILM standard. This piece originally comes from the collection of visual effects guru Richard Edlund. The piece measures 7.5cm x 7.5cm and comes custom framed with a laser cut mount board featuring the film’s title and production photographs of the Deathstar model being made and movie stills from the film. The display incorporates small LED lights which illuminate the piece from the sides (there is a slide switch on the side of the frame which operates them) display measures 47cm x 53cm (18.5” x 21”)

Reggie Hammond (Eddie Murphy) Signature Suit

A signature suit worn by Reggie Hammond (Eddie Murphy) in the 1982 action comedy 48 HRS. Hammond can be seen wearing this style of suit throughout most of the movie during his 48 hours of parole, during which he must assist tough cop Jack Cates (Nick Nolte) solve a crime close to his heart, with hilarious results. The chequered pinstriped two piece suit features distinct red stripes, the double breasted jacket has several pockets both inside and out, and is marked “E MURPHY” inside. The trousers, which match the jacket, are labelled “EDDIE MURPHY”. There are no sizes marked.

Vortix (The Giant Pict) 'Double' Costume

A complete costume worn by Vortix (the Giant Pict) in the Neil Marshall action film Centurion starring Michael Fassbender and Olga Kurylenko. Vortix (Dave Legeno) can be seen throughout the film as part of the Pict ambush on the legendary Ninth Legion, and later when Etain and a band of warriors track down the survivors, and this particular costume was worn by his double. The costume consists of a thick set of brown furs with a rubber circle (known as a torc) which has been painted to resemble gold and attached to the rear of the fur which is marked “Double Dave”, a red tunic with animal drawings on the sleeves and a trim of thick cotton around the bottom edge and shoulders, a pair of muddy grey trousers, and it also includes a leather belt marked “Giant P Double” that features metal animal shapes embedded in with small leather pouch, a leather gauntlet and a pair of leather greaves marked “GP DBL”.

Leo (Dimitri Leonardis) Leathers 002

A set of leathers worn by Leo (Dimitri Leonardis) in the new Neil Marshall action film Centurion, starring Michael Fassbender and Olga Kurylenko. Leo can be seen wearing his leathers underneath his armour in the scenes after the legendary Ninth Legion is ambushed and slaughtered by the savage Pict warriors, once the survivors have removed their armour to “travel light” and elude capture. The leathers are made from genuine leather pieces sewn together and are in the shape of a set of armour with protective skirts. The set shows plenty of signs of use on set, and although unlablled were marked by the production as being used by Leo.

Brick (Liam Cunningham) Belt and Singulum 002

A belt and set of singulum worn by Brick (Liam Cunningham) in the new Neil Marshall action film Centurion, starring Michael Fassbender and Olga Kurylenko. Brick can be seen wearing sets like this on his armour throughout the early scenes when the guerrilla Picts ambush the legendary Ninth Legion, of which Brick and only a handful of other survive. The entire piece is made from resin which has been decorated to look like leather. The belt section has square emblems which have been painted gold all around it and is laced using leather thong; the five singulum all have small round gold emblems along the length. The set shows some signs of use on set and the holes and leather thong for attaching it to his armour also show signs of being used, and is labelled "Brick".

Uncle Martin's (Christopher Lloyd) Molecular Compressor

This is Uncle Martin's (Christopher Lloyd) molecular compressor used in the 1999 Disney family comedy My Favorite Martian. The remote can be seen used by several main characters throughout the film as Uncle Martin and others shrink and re-enlarge his ship using the tiny remote device. The remote is made of plastic with a shiny metallic finish and features five tiny red and yellow LED lights as well as a small silver button. The small lights no longer illuminate, however, it is believed this could be remedied with fresh batteries. The device measures approximately 2" x 1" (5cm x 2.5cm) and is in good condition.

Splice

Fred/Ginger Large Scale Static Puppet

This is a creature from the 2010 Adrien Brody sci-fi film Splice. This puppet can be seen in the film as genetic engineers Clive Nicoli (Brody) and Elsa Kast (Sarah Polley) splice together DNA from different animals, making hybrids. Results of such experiments are “Fred” and “Ginger;” two blob creatures, one of which is this item, that gain the scientists notoriety. The impressive piece is made of silicone, and has features such as a small spine and has a realistic texture and composition reminiscent of a human brain. This item, which is pink in color, measures approximately 13” x 7” (33cm x 18cm,) and is in good condition.

Spartan Battle Helmet with Stand

This recognizable helmet has been hand weathered with simulated cuts, as well as blood dressing. The hard rubber helmet comes on a custom made display stand measuring 44cm (17.25”) in height. There is a slight crack in the rear lip of the helmet, though it is not visible when viewed from the front.

This item is a costume worn by Dr. Loomis (Malcolm McDowell) in Rob Zombie’s 2009 horror sequel Halloween II. This costume can be seen in the film as Loomis is at a book signing and has to deal with a few unsavory fans. The costume consists of a white button-up Van Heusen Shirt (size 15 ½, 34/35, Med.) a pair of black Ralph Lauren 100% cotton slacks (size 34 x 32) with “Malcolm Chg. 7, Sc. 99-117” written in the inside waistline, as well as a yellow striped necktie and a black leather belt. This costume comes with a Certificate Of Authenticity from the production company. The shirt has small light stains on the edge of the cuffs due to production use; this costume remains in fine condition.

Judge Dredd

Judge's Lawgiver Pistol Clip

This item is a clip from a Judges’ Lawgiver Pistol in the 1995 Sylvester Stallone film Judge Dredd. Items such as this can be seen in the Judges’ guns throughout the film as Dredd (Stallone) is wrongly convicted of a crime and sets out to clear his name. The clip, which sits at an angle, is made of metal and is flat black in color with a silver and black base. The clip measures approximately 5.5” (14cm) in length and is in good condition with some wear to the base’s paint due to production use and storage.

Star Wars - Ep II - Attack Of The Clones

This item is a storyboard used for the production of George Lucas’ 2002 epic Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones. The storyboard contains two separate sketches, both of which feature a short description of the action; the first shows Anakin slicing a Geonasian with his lightsaber, the second shows a droid torso flying through the air. The two detailed black and white sketches are labeled 88 and 89, the page itself is hand-marked 56 in the bottom right corner. This storyboard comes with a laser-cut mount board featuring the film’s title, and measures approximately 17” x 11” (43cm x 28cm.) This item is in very good condition.

Thelma's (Geena Davis) Sleeveless Denim Costume

A pair of denim jeans and shirt worn by Thelma (Geena Davis) in the 1991 classic movie Thelma and Louise. Thelma can be seen wearing the cut-off shirt and jewelled jeans after she commits the second crime in their repertoire of holding up a convenience store and in the various scenes following. The blue denim ‘Wrangler’ shirt (size Regular) has had the sleeves ripped off and marked by the production as “Darker”, the jeans by ‘Guess’ (size 31) are a bleached out blue and have very distinctive plastic and metal jewels on the right front pocket, which can be matched up with the publicity shot taken when the duo come across a lone police officer in the desert and decide to lock him in the boot. A great costume from the legendary film.

A dress worn by Drusilla (Rachel Stirling) in the Neil Marshall action film Centurion starring Michael Fassbender and Olga Kurylenko. Drusilla can be seen wearing this dress at the end of the movie in the camp at Hadrian's Wall, when the Generals decide to destroy all records of the ill-fated Ninth Legion. The dress consists of a white silk layer, with an elaborately embroidered outer layer with gold, pale blue, grey and brown stitching in flower patterns, and has long lengths of ribbon which were wrapped around the actress in a criss-cross pattern. Marked by the production as “Night 20 sc 143 and 144 Costume 2 of 2”. The dress was custom made for the actress and therefore has no sizes marked.

Doyle's (Jeremy Renner) Tack Vest

Doyle’s (Jeremy Renner) tactical vest worn in the terrifying horror movie 28 Weeks Later. Doyle can be seen wearing his full army get up in the early scenes of the movie, before the rage virus is re-released in the recently decontaminated London. A genuine army issue green tack vest, the piece has multiple pockets some of which have been stuffed with scraps of cloth to make them appear full to the brim with ammunition. It includes a rubber radio with neck attachment but is missing the clear covert ear attachment, a blunted army issue dagger, rubber handgun in the leg holster and an actual empty magazine. Made by ‘Worrior Assault Systems’ it is adjustable and has no sizes marked.

Helmet with Black Plume

A Roman helmet used in the Neil Marshall action film Centurion starring Michael Fassbender and Olga Kurylenko. Made from durable vinyl expertly painted to look like metal with production distressing, this helmet features an impressive forward facing black plume with long ‘tail’, the base of which has a small lion's face with circluar and rectangular emblems denoting the wearer's rank. There is a plain visor with ornamental leaf shapes on either side, ear protectors that have three circular emblems and leather thong to keep it securely on the wearer’s head. This helmet unfortunately never made it to the final cut, but is still a great example of the craftsmanship that went into every element of this movie.

Pict Rider "David" Complete Costume

A costume worn by a Pict rider in the Neil Marshall action film Centurion. The Pict riders can be seen during the brutal attack on the legendary Ninth Legion, and after when tracking down the handful of survivors. This particular Pict was known as “David” by the production as it was worn by David Birkbeck, one of the horse riders. The costume consists of rubber torc made from rubber and painted gold to look like metal, a set of brown shoulder furs, purple hood, purple trousers, a long sleeved brown top with hessian edging and animal drawings on the sleeves, leather greaves and a leather belt with metal animal shapes embedded into it, all of which are marked “David”.
