Terms and Conditions
1. All sales are final.
2. Prop Store's Inventory is comprised of items located in 2 separate offices - London and Los Angeles. Each product listing states which office it is located in. Prices for all items are provided in both GBP and USD.
Items located in the London office will be charged in GBP, with the USD price serving only as a guide. Sales for London office items will charged in GBP, and for international customers will be converted to their native currency at the published rate of the day, which may vary from our approximate guide. All GBP prices include VAT at the standard rate of 20% for all sales within the and EEC. Sales in USD are not subject to VAT but must have a non EEC delivery address.
Items located in the Los Angeles office will be charged in USD, with the GBP price serving only as a guide. Sales for Los Angeles office items will charged in USD, and for international customers will be converted to their native currency at the published rate of the day, which may vary from our approximate guide. Any customers located in California who purchase items from the Los Angeles office will be subject to 9.75% sales tax.
Customers will be responsible for all of the import duties and taxes charged by their local government. While Prop Store utilizes harmonization codes to insure that these are minimized, it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to be aware of their own import costs. All packages will be shipped with the full value of the goods declared.
3. You should assume that everything you see or read on the site is copyrighted unless otherwise noted, and may not be used except as provided in these Terms and Conditions without the written permission of The Prop Store of London.
4. All photographs and screen shots from individual movies that appear throughout our site are copyrighted by their respective owners and are solely for reference purposes and not as a representation or warranty of the item depicted within the image. Most costumes and props are produced in multiple for specific filming requirements.
5. The Prop Store of London neither warrants nor represents that your use of any materials displayed on the site will not infringe rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with The Prop Store of London.

While The Prop Store of London uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information in the site, The Prop Store of London makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. 11. Our payment plans operate over a period agreed at time of deposit. We require a 20% non refundable deposit which secures your item and then regular monthly payments from your credit card. Your item will be shipped once the plan completes via your chosen method. A payment plan can only be cancelled due to exceptional circumstances and only at the discretion of the Propstore management, any balance you retain will be issued only in the form of store credit and cannot be transferred to any other existing payment plan. No cash refunds. Store credit can only be used in the Prop Store office (London or Los Angeles) at which the payment plan was held. In the event of a cancellation, the 20% deposit is absolutely non-refundable and non-transferable to other products.
12. Our certificate of authenticity is reinforced by a lifetime money back guarantee of description of sale. Should any item's authenticity ever be brought into question during the lifetime of The Propstore of London we would; Seek to provide adequate assurances to your satisfaction, Involve an independent third party qualified to carry out an investigation. If satisfactory evidence is not produced. At our discretion, offer the customer a refund to the original purchase price. Product COAs cannot be reissued, so please take care to keep your COAs safe.
Our COA is transferable to a new owner. Each item is allocated a unique serial number which enables us to store the original sale on our database. 13. Only the memorabilia item shown in the photos of a given product listing is included in the sale. Mannequins, display stands, scale measures and color charts are not included with your purchase, unless expressly stated in the product description.
